The BAR Preservation Guarantee

The Property Care Association
BAR Preservation is a full member of the Property Care Association (PCA), incorporating the British Wood Preservation and Damp proofing Association (BWPDA).
This association was formed to keep the 'cowboys' out of the specialist building industry. They lay down strict codes of practice to which member companies must conform. They also regularly inspect works on site to ensure member companies comply with the highest standards.
Membership of the Property Care Association gives BAR Preservation the opportunity to provide insurance backed guarantees issued by Guarantee Protection Insurance Ltd (GPI) which many regard as the best available.
